The first is a granule you can place in little trays in different locations around the house or behind appliances. It is safe to use inside the house and is even used by many restaurants. Quick Strike is a bait tray you hang on a wall or place on the floor. It has an attractant that can be broken and spread across the tray. Flies will die almost instantly after feeding on it. The last product is fly strips. These can be hung from the ceilings in inconspicuous places or strung up along the rafters. Give any one of these a try and you should be satisfied with your fly problems.
